– *Central License:* For food businesses with an annual turnover exceeding *₹20 crores* or those involved in import/export of food products.

3. 14-Digit Registration Number:

FSSAI registration provides a *14-digit registration number* that appears on all food packages. This number indicates details about the assembling state and the producer’s permit, enhancing accountability for maintaining food quality³.

4. FoSCoS Portal:
