“Access to justice” means that legal services are provided to the weaker sections of the society without any fee or at a nominal cost. Article 39A of the Constitution of India gives the state the obligation to provide free legal aid to ensure access to justice for all citizens. Under this, the strategy of access to justice of the Legal Aid Forum Trust aims to provide a means of providing free legal advice to the needy people in the society and to provide legal services to women and children, weaker sections without any fee or at a nominal cost. To work in the field of legal services and implementation at the global level, Legal Aid Forum has created a panel of highly experienced lawyers with extensive practice in every court in all the states of India. Through which efforts are being made to provide legal assistance to the victims of various types of legal problems. An initiative has also been taken to provide free legal consultation to the people all over India by the listed lawyers of Legal Aid Forum.
