Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Welcome to this website of Legal Aid Forum Trust. We hereby make public our policy on refund and cancellation of funds received for social purpose on payment gateway as under:-

1. No refund/cancellation for the amount donated by any donor shall be considered under any circumstances.
2. Online donations through online payment gateway shall also not be considered for refund/cancellation.
3. No cash or refund shall be allowed. Once the donation is received for any reason, it shall not be refunded to the donor and no cancellation shall be entertained.
4. The application fee received by advocates from all the states of India for becoming a criminal advocate in the Institute is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. The appeal/case cancellation application and advocate consultation fee submitted to the Institute from all the states of India is non-refundable under any circumstances.
